Q. How do I reset my set-top box?

A. To reset the set-top box unplug the black power cord located on the back of the set-top box on the far right or by pushing the reset button on the front of the set-top box.

Q. What if I see a snowy screen or blue screen?

A. Make sure TV is on channel 3 (press TV on remote, enter 03 then push STB button).  Check your TV input to make sure it is set on the correct input to receive the TV signal.

Q. I have a black screen, but the info bar and guide can be seen. What do I do?

A. Reset the set-top box by unplugging the black power cord located on the back of the set-top box on the far right.

Q. Channel(s) is/are not working, what do I do?

A. Reset the set-top box by unplugging the black power cord located on the back of the set-top box on the far right or by pushing the reset button on the front of the set-top box. Check to see if it is the same on all set-top boxes. If all set-top boxes are missing the channel(s) and resetting the set-top box did not resolve the issue call NDTC to report the trouble. 

Q. The video and audio do not match up. What is wrong?

A. Channel up or down and then go back to the channel you were watching.

Q. The TV picture is tiling or pixeling, how do I fix this?

A. Reset the set-top box by unplugging the black power cord located on the back of the set-top box on the far right, or by pushing the reset button on the front of the set-top box. If resetting the set-top box did not resolve the issue call NDTC to report the trouble.

Q. TV is stuck on one channel, what should I do?

A. Reset the set-top box by unplugging the black power cord located on the back of the set-top box on the far right or by pushing the reset button on the front of the set-top box.

Q. Info/Guide/Menu do not show up on screen. What do I do now?

A. Press the Resolution Button (located on the bottom right of the remote-just below the FFWD key).  Test the info/action/menu buttons, if they still do not appear press the Resolution Button again.  (Repeat process until they display)
